A Normal Sinus Rhythm ECG has p-waves that look normal with each p-wave followed by a QRS complex. The PR interval is less than .20 seconds, and the QRS is less than .12 seconds. Unless the patient has no pulse or other serious signs or symptoms, there is no significance to this cardiac rhythm.
